I spent 20 years in corporate finance, including a decade as Director of Finance for Time Warner Cable’s news and sports channels. I’ve also co-owned and run a day spa franchise, so I’ve sat on the owner’s side of the table, not just the spreadsheet side.

I’m also CFO of Hancock Brothers Industries, my family’s construction company, so I live these numbers every week — job costing, draws, payroll — not just advise on them.

Since 2016, I’ve helped small and mid-sized business owners make more money, keep more of it, and finally understand where it’s going, with fractional CFO support in person up and down the East Coast and virtually anywhere.

I’m a Certified Fractional CFO, an MBA and a Certified QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor, so the systems I build hold up — and I explain your numbers in plain English.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mom to two teenagers and two dogs. So when an owner tells me they want their business to put kids through college or fund a real retirement, I get it — and I help them build the financial clarity to get there.
